Customer Service/Accounts Receivables

Job Overview Busy office seeking a Customer Service/Accounts Receivable associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our established customer base. A qualified candidate will have a friendly telephone voice, possess basic computer skills and be able to work well with multiple tasks. Experience with construction industry software is a plus Primary Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Create customer invoices -Collect payments Reconcile accounts receivables Various tasks using Microsoft 365 and other software Minimum Requirements Strong, friendly communication skills and a customer-oriented approach Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Computer literate and ability to learn new procedures -Experience in billing/collections activities -Proven consistent work/attendance record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
