Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service - Administrative Direct Hire Location: Taunton, MA Salary: $50,000 – $62,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time To Apply: Please send your resume to chrc511@kellyservices.com Job Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day service to customers while supporting internal administrative operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an essential role in ensuring smooth office functionality. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and in person Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Assist with processing orders, returns, and service requests Maintain and update customer account information Office Administration Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence Maintain office supply inventory Keep accurate records and databases Perform general administrative duties and help maintain a clean, organized office environment Prepare reports, documents, and presentations in collaboration with senior team members Assist with operational documentation such as job folders Support onboarding of new employees and assist with employee inquiries Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred) 3–4 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel Familiarity with QuickBooks Knowledge of office management tools and procedures Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Join Kelly Services and take the next step in your career with a stable, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and growth potential.
