About us Black Ink is a small business in Conyers, GA.We are fast-paced.Our work environment includes:Casual work attire Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Position:Customer Service Representative Job Description:The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company.This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and web requests and assisting customers with orders.Core Duties & Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate department Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the company phone system Develop an understanding of the products offered by Black Ink by speaking with customers about their needs and explaining the services we offer Receive orders for new products and update existing orders Prepare invoices for delivery of new products Taking payments for orders Other duties as assigned Requirements: Customer service experience. Computer skills:1 year of experience using a computer to e-mail, web forms, etc.A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.A good understanding of basic internet security measures.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$12.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
