Customer Service Advisor – Sterling Signature Wash LLC Location: 255 Chateau Dr, Grafton, WI 53024 Type: Full-Time, Onsite Compensation: Base wage starting at $14/hour (negotiable based on experience) + $1–$5/hour in average tips + Performance Incentives. Position Summary At Sterling Signature Wash LLC , we provide more than just a car wash; we provide a premium service experience. As a Customer Service Advisor , you are the face of our Grafton location and the first point of contact for guests seeking high-quality vehicle care. Your role is to guide customers through our menu of services—from our signature hand-dry finishes to comprehensive interior cleaning and express detailing packages. You will partner with our production team to ensure every vehicle leaves spotless and every customer leaves satisfied. Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding hard work and reliability. Key Responsibilities Consultative Greeting: Welcome customers warmly, assess their vehicle’s needs, and recommend the best service packages and membership tiers. Service Coordination: Act as the bridge between the customer and the detailing crew to ensure special requests are communicated and executed. Quality Assurance: Conduct final walk-arounds for express detail services to ensure our standards are met before the customer departs. Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and service upgrades using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Sales Driven: We are looking for advisors who don't just "take orders" but actively look for opportunities to provide more value. Required Qualifications Sales Mindset: A natural ability to explain the benefits of various services and a drive to meet sales objectives. Service Excellence: Exceptional communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. Fast-Paced Stamina: Demonstrated reliability and the ability to remain calm during high-volume "wash weather." Dependability: A consistent, punctual presence is vital to our team-based workflow. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Previous experience in a car wash, automotive service, or sales-driven hospitality environment. Detail-Oriented: An "eye for the small things" and a passion for automotive aesthetics. Team Spirit: A positive, "all-hands-on-deck" attitude to support team members during busy shifts.
