Customer Service Associate

Lucky Premium Treats is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Team Member! Work Hours:10 AM to 2 PM, 5 days a week./ On-site (Norcross) Compensation:$13 to $15/hour. Responsibilities:o Answer customer service emails and phone calls.o Keep a customer service log.o Manage wholesale/distributor customer files.o Enter orders from LPT customers into Shopify.o Input wholesale orders (Faire, WSP, Direct) into ShipStation for review.o Charge wholesale orders (training provided).o Assist with returns and refunds in coordination with the team (Wholesale, LPT, Amazon).o Provide shipping updates and tracking info for all orders.o Flag urgent LPT orders and route them for fulfillment.o Assist with Amazon support (returns, questions, etc.).o Follow directions and complete tasks as assigned How to Apply:If you meet the requirements, apply in person Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM at:--- 1266 Oakbrook Dr, Norcross, GA 30093 Pay:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
