Job Description Job Title:Customer Service Associate Pay Range:$16-$18/hr Schedule:Monday-Friday Location:Training will be conducted at the Hazelwood office and/or the Rock Hill store.After training, there will be hybrid flexibility between the Rock Hill store and working from home.SUMMARY At Miniature Market, our Customer Service Associates are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our community of gamers, hobbyists, and collectors.Their primary responsibility is to assist customers with any inquiries related to orders, products, shipping, returns, and promotions, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and reliability.Customer Service Associates support customers primarily via phone and email, providing timely, accurate, and solution-oriented responses.They must demonstrate a strong service mindset, professionalism, and a friendly, approachable attitude.The ability to assess situations quickly and resolve issues efficiently is essential in our fast-paced e-commerce environment.In addition to customer support, responsibilities may include order review, data entry, documentation, processing adjustments, and other light administrative tasks such as filing and internal communication support.The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic setting.Strong communication and organizational skills are critical, along with proficient typing abilities and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.Above all, they should enjoy working with people and contributing positively to the Miniature Market team and community.Training is conducted on-site to ensure proper onboarding, team integration, and system proficiency.After successful completion of training, the position allows for partial remote work, based on performance and business needs.Some schedule flexibility is available, while maintaining coverage requirements and customer service standards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assisting customers utilizing customer service tools such as Zendesk and over the phone.Provide solutions to resolve customer issues Utilize web searches to research products for customers Process customer returns Upload package information to customer accounts Perform other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED 1 year of Customer Service or Office/Administrative experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Service-oriented approach to problem solving Effective written and verbal communication Strong typing skills.
