#AZAAKI-NONIT We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (Call Center Experience) to join our client's team, one of the US's largest Security companies.Customer Service Representative (Remote Role - Local Candidates from Mason, OH Area) Remote Role - but Candidates should be within 50 miles of Mason, OH area Duration:3-6 Months with further possible Extension Training Details Training Window:March 30 - April 17, 2026 Training Hours:Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training Location:Virtual Compensation:8 hours paid for equipment pickup and computer setup Work Hours (Post Training) Monday-Friday Shifts range from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Final schedules selected during training Work Location & Remote Requirements (Official) Remote Role - Local Candidates Only Candidates must be able to pick up equipment from:Cincinnati Service Center (CSC) 4000 Luxottica Pl, Mason, OH 45040 Must work from a private, distraction-free workspace Ethernet connection required (wireless connection not permitted) Minimum internet speed:10 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload Smartphone required for multi-factor authentication Only Luxottica-provided equipment may be connected Equipment Provided CPU, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, power cord, monitor adapter, 6-ft ethernet cord General Function The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality, multi-channel customer support and problem resolution to enhance customer experience and protect Luxottica Retail revenue.The CSR handles inquiries across phone, chat, email, social media, and mail while meeting defined productivity and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and non-phone channels Resolve customer issues using available tools and resources Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately Partner effectively with stores and internal teams Maintain productivity, quality, and revenue goals Use professional and courteous communication Contribute positively within a team environment Drive customer satisfaction and retention Basic Requirements Prior customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a structured remote environment with minimal distractions Demonstrated accountability and integrity Must be local to Mason, OH area Must be able to pick up equipment from Mason, OH CSC Education:High school diploma not required for contract, but Required for permanent conversion About Our Client Our client is one of the largest Security service companies in the world.They are looking for the best, brightest talent available and have tasked Azaaki with helping them find it.#AZAAKI-NONIT Job Type:Contract Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
