Since 1984, Shenandoah Sand, Inc.has supplied landscape materials within the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.We are a small, locally owned and operated family business that retails sand, mulch, topsoil, landscape stone among other products for delivery or pick up.We pride ourselves on prompt and professional service.We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time and/or seasonable basis.As top notch customer service is a top priority, the ideal candidate shall possess the following skills and abilities set forth below:Answer phones professionally / take delivery orders / assist customers & complete transactions Gain knowledge and familiarity with products that we sell Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic PC knowledge (MS Office) and ability to multi-task Familiarity with adding machines and basic math Familiarity with social media is a plus! Gardening experience or familiarity with dump trucks is a plus!
