EPS-Doublet is a manufacturer specializing in custom event graphics, tents, flags, banners, and branded display solutions used at sporting events, festivals, trade shows, and promotional activations across the country. We are currently seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service & Order Coordinator to support our sales and production teams. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service & Order Coordinator acts as a central communication point between customers, sales representatives, designers, production staff, shipping/logistics, and accounting teams to help ensure orders move smoothly from quote through delivery. This is not a call-center position. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys operational coordination, multitasking, problem-solving, and working closely with internal teams to support customer success. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer order communication and support Manage incoming emails and phone calls related to orders, estimates, timelines, and product inquiries Enter and manage customer orders, estimates, and account information within internal systems Coordinate artwork approvals between customers and graphic designers Monitor order progress throughout production and shipping stages Communicate updates, timelines, and shipment information to customers and sales representatives Maintain organized and accurate documentation of customer interactions and order details Assist with shipping coordination, tracking updates, and logistics communication Support issue resolution by coordinating internally with appropriate departments Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support tasks Help prioritize urgent production needs during peak periods What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Able to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Calm under pressure and able to adapt to shifting priorities Proactive and dependable Comfortable working in a deadline-driven production environment Team-oriented with a strong follow-through mindset Qualifications Required: Previous experience in customer service, administrative coordination, inside sales support, or order management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional and customer-focused communication style Comfortable working fully in-office Preferred: Experience in printing, signage, promotional products, manufacturing, apparel decoration, event production, or logistics/shipping coordination is a plus.
