QC Elite Detailing is looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers, and has a positive, “get it done” attitude. Responsibilities Follow up with inbound leads and customer inquiries Educate customers on our detailing and ceramic coating services Schedule vehicle consultations and appointments Conduct ceramic coating consultations and explain package options Maintain strong communication through phone, text, email, and social media Deliver a high-end customer experience from first contact to completed service Assist with customer retention and follow-up communication What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships Organized and detail-oriented Sales or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Position Details Monday through Friday position Competitive pay Paid time off (PTO) Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Performance and incentive opportunities available About QC Elite Detailing At QC Elite Detailing, we specialize in premium detailing and professional ceramic coating services backed by industry-leading products and exceptional customer care.
