Company Overview Bakston Freight Systems Inc.is a family-owned LTL freight carrier dedicated to providing exceptional logistics solutions across the United States.Our mission is to deliver quality service with honesty and integrity while supporting our family of customers and employees.We foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment that values people for who they are.Summary We are seeking a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the United States.This vital role involves managing data entry tasks and providing excellent customer service to ensure our freight operations run smoothly.Based in our headquarters in St.George, UT, you will contribute to our mission of going the extra mile for our clients.This position is for the later afternoons, Monday through Friday.Average of 3 hours per day.Responsibilities ' Enter and update data accurately within various databases and ERP systems.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Maintain organized records through filing and data collection.Assist with order entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.Ensure data integrity through meticulous typing and transcription.Collaborate with team members to improve office processes.Support logistics coordination by managing documentation related to freight shipments.' Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and ERP systems.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills for accurate data management.Previous office or logistics experience is a plus.Strong typing and transcription abilities.Effective communication skills to assist customers and team members.'
