Customer Service Dispatcher About Us Sisters Heating & Air is a locally owned, family-operated HVAC company serving Central Oregon. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping both customers and coworkers succeed. This position plays a critical role in the daily operations of our business and is often the first point of contact for our customers. Position Summary The Customer Service Dispatcher is responsible for managing incoming customer communication, scheduling HVAC service and installation appointments, coordinating technician dispatching, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and emails professionally• Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation appointments• Coordinate technician schedules and routing throughout the day• Maintain communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and management• Create and manage work orders using dispatch software• Follow up with customers regarding estimates, scheduling, and ongoing projects• Assist with maintenance membership scheduling and customer support• Receive and process equipment and parts orders• Support office organization and general administrative tasks• Help maintain a positive customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset• Dependable and punctual• Basic computer proficiency required• Ability to learn software systems quickly Preferred Experience Dispatching or scheduling experience• HVAC, construction, or service industry experience• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software• Google Workspace familiarity Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience• Paid time off accrual• Health benefit assistance available after eligibility period• Opportunities for advancement• Supportive and family-oriented work environment• Company events and team activities Schedule Monday–Friday• Full-Time• In-Office Position• Occasional overtime during peak seasons may be required Why Join Sisters Heating & Air?
