Job Description
The Customer Service & Enrollment Manager is the welcoming face and voice of the studio.This role ensures that every family, dancer, and prospective student receives exceptional service from their first inquiry through ongoing enrollment.The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.They manage the enrollment pipeline, support retention efforts, and help maintain a positive, professional studio atmosphere.This role is a hyrid role with 2-3 days/nights per week required to be on-site.Other duties can be performed remotely.Customer Service & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and prospective families Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Provide clear information about class offerings, schedules, pricing, and studio policies Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented approach to all interactions Support conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy Enrollment & Registration Management Guide families through the enrollment process from inquiry to registration Manage class rosters, waitlists, and placement changes Track enrollment trends and provide insights to studio directors Coordinate trial classes and follow-up communication Ensure accuracy of student records in the studio management system Retention & Studio Experience Build strong relationships with families to support long-term retention Assist with parent communications, newsletters, and announcements Support studio events, open houses, and performances Gather feedback and help implement improvements to the customer experience Administrative Support Process tuition payments, fees, and account updates Maintain organized digital and physical files Assist with merchandise sales, costume orders, and front-desk operations Experience in dance studio operations or the dance industry is a plus, but not required Background in sales and/or marketing functions highly desirable Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--and the ability to work effectively with families of varying backgrounds Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Pay:$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location:Hybrid remote in Rogers, MN 55374.
