Job Description
OverviewSeeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent.The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Compensation:$20 per hr Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.Check guests in and out by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.Process payments (room charges, marketplace, cash, debit, or credit).Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Stock marketplace items Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for guests.Provide guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.Answer guest calls, messages, and process requests or concerns efficiently.Upsell and enroll guests in the IHG rewards program.Run daily reports and ensure the accuracy of information.Assist guests with special requests and ensure their satisfaction.Follow all company policies and safety procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest information.Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.Ability to work independently and remain calm in stressful situations.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and office software.Ability to work well with others and develop positive working relationships.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and tolerate long periods of standing or sitting at a desk.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and Holidays.
