Customer Service Manager The Customer Service Manager plays a critical role in connecting customers, production, and supply chain operations to ensure outstanding service and reliable delivery. You’ll lead a team that manages forecasting, order execution, and customer communication — while driving continuous improvement across the organization. If you enjoy leading people, solving operational challenges, and being the voice of the customer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role gives you real influence and visibility. What You’ll Do Lead and develop the Customer Logistics Agent team through coaching and performance management Oversee forecasting and order management processes using ERP systems Partner with Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to meet delivery commitments Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor service levels, workload balance, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with trade and export regulations Support process improvements across the supply chain What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field 5+ years of experience in customer logistics, supply chain, or operations Strong understanding of MRP and ERP systems Experience leading and developing teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Continuous improvement mindset About Poclain Poclain Hydraulics is a global leader in hydrostatic transmissions and powertrain systems, driven by innovation, sustainability, and strong customer partnerships.
