Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment Receiving, processing, and packing shipments using courier systems Handling mail distribution and mailbox organization accurately Processing POS transactions including cash, credit cards, checks, and money orders Assisting with merchandising, inventory awareness, and maintaining a clean store appearance Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and assisting customers with their use Supporting daily store operations and other duties as assigned Ideal candidates will have: A friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet applications) Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Opportunities for advancement to a management role are available for the right candidate.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$18.00 - $25.85 per hour Work Location:In person.
