Employer Industry: Human Services Technology Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $48,000 annually Work from home with provided equipment Paid training and benefits effective after 30 days of employment Set schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:00 am CT - 6:00 pm CT Accrue PTO starting day one with career growth opportunities Supportive virtual work environment with a family-like culture What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Review and evaluate interactions by Customer Service Surge Representatives to ensure compliance with service quality standards Perform audits of recorded calls and chats to assess adherence to federal and state child support policies Provide coaching to CSRs based on evaluations to enhance their communication and technical skills Identify recurring issues from audits and prepare reports for management to drive improvements Facilitate calibration sessions with supervisors to maintain consistent evaluation standards across the team What Is Required (Qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance, call monitoring, auditing, customer service, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little direction Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms Must reside in San Antonio, TX for consideration How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in an operational capacity involving supervisory or management responsibilities Familiarity with Child Support and SDU policies and procedures Knowledge of audit and quality assurance principles and practices Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Skills in using standard computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel #HumanServices #CustomerService #QualityAssurance #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
