Customer Service Representative

Customer service representative needed for inside sales at automotive parts distribution warehouse in Carnegie, PA. Primary responsibility will be answering incoming phone calls from local repair shops, parts stores and dealerships, looking up and quoting requested parts, and completing orders. Other responsibilities may also include occasionally making outbound follow up calls to customers, assisting in mailing out monthly statements, and other general office tasks. We are looking for applicants who have previous experience in automotive parts sales or have basic automotive knowledge, and are proficient on the computer. We are a family owned and operated company, looking for an employee with a positive, friendly attitude to join our team. Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.
