1 Natural Way - Customer Service Specialist About 1 Natural Way:1 Natural Way is a growing company that prides itself with being a first-rate Specialty Women's Health and Wellness Company that provides products for new moms across the USA.We provide breast pumps, breast-feeding accessories, compression therapy, infant formula, and lactation support.At 1 Natural Way, our purpose is to help moms provide breast milk to their babies through our products, education, and service.Our goal is to support moms, whether they are first-timers or veterans, and make their breastfeeding experience a success.We do this by offering our customers the highest-quality breastfeeding products on the market.1 Natural Way is accredited by the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation (HQAA).Our core values are the foundation for a healthy and happy work environment and strong, positive culture where our employees are fully engaged, excited about the possibilities, and vested in the organization's success.Qualifications:The ideal Customer Service Specialist is an engaging team member who presents themselves and the company in a positive way.Confident and dynamic, this outgoing individual is a self-starter, and an independent thinker with an encouraging attitude.This articulate communicator will use excellent written and verbal skills to solve problems and make decisions.Being an excellent listener and presenter helps this flexible and adaptable relationship-builder relates to different audiences and change gears quickly.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The responsibilities and duties for this Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following items:Provide customer experience support to 1 Natural Way - Create a First Class Customer Experience.Answer phones and respond to customer requests via phone, email, Facebook, fax, live chat, or text.Resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance customer service offerings .Ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.Promote/execute sales strategies to effectively sell and upsell pumps and accessories.Assist with sales calls to customers when needed.Turn product inquiries into sales and close orders.Client intake - input of all demographics information if needed.Follow up with customers when additional information is required.Processing of in-store pick-ups and assist walk in customers as necessary.Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer experience departmental team.The team's objectives are to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy efficiency and responsiveness of the customer experience team.Remain current on knowledge of all of the breast pumps and accessories sold at 1 Natural Way.Process insurance verifications through phone calls, and internet portals and partners.Assist in processing returns and exchanges.Enter orders and ensure the product is shipped and delivered to the customer.Collect customer co-pay and deductibles.Specifications Required Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales/customer service role Experience using a CRM System and various software applications Goal Oriented High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience building relationships with customers Microsoft Office Suite Preferred College degree Experience with medical insurance verifications What sets 1 Natural Way apart as an employer?
