We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative for 3-4 weeks at a building supply company in Kihei ASAP.As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team.Apply now for immediate consideration! Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Location Kihei, Maui Pay $24 to $25 an hour Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers in the design center, providing a welcoming and helpful experience Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Collect and accurately record customer information for our sales team Maintain an organized and tidy work environment Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed Ensure all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Friendly and positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Punctuality and reliability Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or other computer system Comfortable lifting 30 pounds Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Comfortable complying with a pre-employment background check and drug test #MAUI_INDEED Job Type:Full-time Pay:$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
