If that resonates with you, keep reading. What your day actually looks like: You'll be fielding inbound calls, emails, and chats from church administrators, pastors, and ministry teams. No cold calling, ever. You'll process and follow up on orders, help customers troubleshoot issues, handle returns, and jump into special projects as they come up. The work moves fast and it's never boring. You'll be working across several cloud-based platforms simultaneously, including a CRM, a live chat system, email, and Slack. If navigating between systems quickly is your thing and you actually enjoy getting good at new software, this role will feel like home.
