Job Description
Benchmark Asset Resolution Inc.is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in our recovery services office.This role serves as a key communication point between clients, agents, and consumers while ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.Position Overview The Customer Service Representative handles inbound and outbound communications, maintains recovery files, and supports dispatch and administrative processes.The position requires strong organization skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and electronic communications courteously and professionally Communicate with lenders, clients, and recovery agents regarding assignments and updates Create, maintain, and update repossession files and internal records Enter and track information in company databases and recovery management systems Prepare legally required notices, correspondence, and compliance documentation Assist with dispatch coordination and scheduling support Respond to customer and consumer inquiries, including time-sensitive situations Support invoicing, billing processes, and basic accounts receivable tasks Maintain confidentiality of personal, financial, and sensitive data Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, copying, record retention) Follow company policies and applicable California and federal regulations Provide additional administrative support as needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with computers, email, and standard office software Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism Preferred Experience in repossession, towing, recovery, automotive, or financial services industries Physical & Work Requirements Extended periods sitting and working at a computer Frequent use of phone, keyboard, and office equipment Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Standard business hours; occasional overtime as needed Overtime paid in accordance with California law Pay based on experience Employment Status Employment is at-will and may be terminated by either the employee or the company at any time consistent with California law.Equal Opportunity Employer Benchmark Asset Resolution Inc.provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other classification protected by law.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
