Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our customer support team.In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service in both English and another language.Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting client satisfaction through clear communication and professional conduct.This position requires working onsite 100%! Duties:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with both English and the second language, ensuring clear and courteous communication.Provide comprehensive customer support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions about products or services, and guiding clients through processes.Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote additional services when appropriate.Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills within customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or document client interactions as needed.Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistent service delivery.Qualifications:Proven experience in customer service roles.Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language; fluency is essential.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic computer skills are required.Experience with data entry.Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.This position is working in an office environment day shift with a stable and growing company and offers a full and competitive benefit package! #EOE Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Customer service:2 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office:2 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
