Job Description
Century Home Care, a successful non-medical home care company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Coordinator for our office. The person will evaluate clients to develop and/or maintain a service plan, follow up with quality assurance visits, problem solve issues with client/caregiver relations, and help with the ongoing education of our caregiving team. Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: · Develop and maintain positive and healthy relationships with clients and their families through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and special events. · Bilingual Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, Spanish is preferred · Responsible to promote all services offered through the company to potential participants. · Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a Care Consultation. · Communicate effectively with clients and family members, as well as other office staff to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care. · Monitor, mediate, and log both client and activity and follow up on assignments and client service. · Provide community education regarding senior care issues and resources. REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to detail Must be bilingual Ability to multitask Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - All Major Holidays Off What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to help clean up and improve processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, supporting employees, and creating structure. Compensation 52K Yearly This position is open for entry level, New grad and experienced candidates.
