Job Description:We are seeking a self-motivated and Customer Service centric professional to join our team.As a Customer Service Loan Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our buyers by providing excellent customer service, taking payments, collecting past due accounts, and finding effective solutions to ensure our buyers' success.Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.Responsibilities:Provide high quality proactive customer service to our customers.Collect on past due accounts - Daily calls, texts, emails and letters Accurate, timely and compliant notes of all customer interactions Handle and process loan payments Work with customers to develop a plan to get them back on track Ability to see problems and escalate to a quick and effective solution Document all activity and update account information Meet and exceed performance metrics Collaborate with a supportive and enthusiastic team Help answer all inbound phone calls Qualifications:Experience in customer service, loan servicing, and / or collections, is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional and driven for success Proficient with computer systems such as CRM's, Loan Servicing and/or collections software Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to negotiate and effectively come to resolutions on past due accounts Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult situations De-escalation and conflict resolution skills Attention to detail and good with people.Bilingual (English/Spanish Required) If you are a proactive problem solver who wants to work for a growing company, we want to hear from you!
