This position is responsible for providing customer service support for our manufacturing division in Maryland Heights, Missouri.Key responsibilities include: Processing & managing high-volume sales orders, invoices, credits, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Coordinating daily with logistics, warehouse, shipping, and sales to track orders and resolve delivery issues. Serving as point of contact for sales representatives and internal teams to support customer and account needs.Job Requirements: Previous experience in customer service required. Proficiency in Microsoft office required & previous experience in SAP preferred.
