Job Overview- Several Shifts Available- Bilingual is a preferred We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative for our call center team.This role involves engaging with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and foster positive relationships.Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account status.Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or customer feedback.Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other databases.Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills #ML Pay:$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
