Job Title:Area Customer Service Coordinator - Managed Services (Onsite)Location:Madison, WI, United States (Onsite - Multiple Client Sites)Job Type:Contract (Temporary)Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility required) Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple managed service sites.This role involves providing operational support, handling print/mail services, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different client sites while maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities Support daily operations across multiple customer locations within the assigned area Perform mail handling, print production, and document assembly Answer phones, manage service requests, and provide front-line customer support Replace toner, place service calls, and maintain office equipment Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training team members Support implementation of new accounts and service expansions Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and service standards Maintain and update Site Procedure Guides and documentation Collect operational data and assist with reporting and performance reviews Escalate and help resolve customer issues in a timely manner Travel between multiple sites to provide coverage for absences, training, or workload needs Maintain a professional, customer-focused work environment Work Locations Covered Beloit Memorial Hospital - Beloit, WI Freeport Health Network - Freeport, IL School District of Beloit - Beloit, WI ABS Global - DeForest, WI CUNA Inc & CUNA Mutual - Madison, WI Spectrum - Middleton, WI SubZero (Copy & Mail) - Fitchburg, WI US Cellular - Madison, WI Wick Buildings - Mazomanie, WI Orbis Corporation - Oconomowoc, WI Required Qualifications High School Diploma 1 year of relevant work experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, etc.) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to travel between locations (40-50 miles range) Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary education (preferred) Experience in print/mail services or managed services environments Experience working in multi-site or field support roles Work Environment & Physical Requirements Business casual dress code Onsite role across multiple customer locations Frequent walking, standing, lifting, and travel required May involve handling equipment and moving machines (up to 400 lbs with assistance) Exposure to office/warehouse environments with moderate noise levels Occasional minor physical risks (cuts, strain, etc.) Additional Information Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed) Free parking available (reimbursed if applicable) Interview process:Microsoft Teams (video required) Schedule flexibility required (some sites may operate outside standard hours) Pay:$20.00 per hour Application Question(s):Mention your e-mail address here Experience:Mailroom:1 year (Required) Customer service:1 year (Required) Customer support:1 year (Required) Computer literacy:1 year (Required) ordering:1 year (Required) Work Location:In person.
