Customer Service Representative

3-6 month contract role - ASAP start.Hybrid 3 days on-site.Major Responsibilities: Handle customer calls (incoming and outbound campaigns), promoting benefits of the residential and commercial energy-efficiency programs including converting to high efficiency natural gas equipment for new customers and existing non-heat customers Attain market segment performance goals Attain targeted customer satisfaction rating Assist in the development and implementation of market based promotions and activities Provide in-person support at promotional events Assist with other duties as necessary Position Specifications: Associate degree is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred Prior sales experience helpful Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and oral communication skills Competitive attitude, phone skills, customer relations skills Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Word, Outlook and other desktop applications Ability to work in a team environment across different business units and professional disciplines Strong written and verbal communication skills Social media skills a plus Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus #IND2 Pay:$24.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:Hybrid remote in Wall, NJ 07719.
