In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication skills while making a meaningful impact on our clients' satisfaction.Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.Assist customers with loan or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information about our loan services.Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.Support outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.Utilize office operating tools and computer skills to document interactions, generate reports, and analyze customer data for continuous improvement.Process cash handling transactions accurately when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies.Experience Demonstrated sales skills and the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services effectively.Familiarity with customer service software, data entry systems, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $13.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:401(k) matching On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location:In person.
