Role Overview In this position, you will serve as the bridge between customers and the company. You’ll respond to incoming questions, guide users through solutions, and ensure each interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and supported. This isn’t just about answering questions, it’s about delivering clarity, confidence, and reassurance. Your day may include helping a customer track an order, walking someone through a technical issue, or clarifying account details. You’ll work across chat, email, and sometimes phone channels, adapting your communication style to each situation. You’ll also log interactions, flag recurring concerns, and share insights that can help improve overall service delivery.
