Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual with a positive outlook and a natural talent for relationship building to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.Due to recent client growth, we are aggressively looking to hire and expand our in-house customer service and sales team.This role is a key part of our service department, supporting AT&T's ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and expand outreach under the guidance of our leadership team.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and processing service orders.You'll collaborate with our management team to receive comprehensive training, ensuring you're equipped to excel both independently and within a team.The ideal candidate will be proactive in suggesting innovative ideas to improve customer experience and implement new service-oriented initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for AT&T customers, delivering exceptional support and information on our products and services.Offer creative solutions and suggestions to boost customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.Conduct market research and outreach to better understand customer needs and improve service delivery.Utilize strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and secure new business.Collaborate with team members to meet individual and company-wide service goals.Track and monitor customer support activities, ensuring all interactions are professional and aligned with AT&T's standards.Preferred Qualifications:A Bachelor's or Associate's degree (in progress or completed) is preferred.At least one year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly and effectively.Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,671.63 - $61,023.89 per year Work Location:In person.
