Account Specialist Financial Services $17.00-$18.50 per hour, Depending on Experience Monday-Sunday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00am-10:00pm Columbus, Ohio (onsite) Contract March 23rd-July 5th with Potential to Extend Why You'll Love This Job:Onsite fitness center Mental health sessions Team Building Activities - contests, food Dedicated desk (no desk sharing) Free parking or on the bus line Training:Lasts for 10 weeks Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Attendance during the full training schedule is mandatory What You'll Do:Provide specialized support in one primary area:Business Banking, Deposit Account Services (DAS), Digital Banking Support, or Fraud Support Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution Assist with account servicing, digital troubleshooting, transaction support, or fraud-related inquiries, depending on the assigned Line of Business (LOB) Apply regulatory and compliance standards while accurately documenting all customer interactions Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and facilitate appropriate referrals Protect customer data, follow internal controls, and escalate complex issues when necessary Meet performance expectations in quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence What We're Looking For:High School Diploma or GED A complete background check, including education and employment verification, will be conducted Must be available to work 10-hour shifts from June 12 through July 5 to support peak operational demand (no time off is allowed during this period) Will require flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends, based on operational needs Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Financial services or banking experience Experience in fraud detection or regulated environments (for Fraud LOB) Experience supporting business customers (for Business Banking LOB) Technical troubleshooting skills (for Digital LOB) Experience in a call center or production-based environment Strong multitasking ability and system navigation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail Apply Today!
