About Go Green Cleaners Go Green Cleaners is a locally owned, family-operated garment care business serving the Middletown community.We believe customer service is more than a transaction -- it's how people feel when they walk in and when they leave.We operate with three core values:Do the Right Thing Deliver an Excellent Experience Build Lasting Relationships We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a structured, high-standard team.Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our front counter.This is a customer-facing, operations-focused role in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for creating a warm, professional experience while ensuring orders are entered accurately and daily operations run smoothly.Schedule Monday-Thursday:1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday:10:00 AM - 6:00 PM This is a consistent weekday schedule.As our business grows, occasional Saturday coverage may be requested in the future.Flexibility is appreciated and communicated in advance.Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by text Accurately enter and verify garment orders in our system Communicate pickup dates, pricing, and service options clearly Examine and sort garments carefully at intake Maintain an organized and professional front counter Stay productive during slower periods by organizing, double-checking details, and improving workflow Support daily operations with a strong sense of urgency and ownership What We're Looking For Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable following clear procedures and systems Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive during slower moments Acts with an owner's mindset -- takes pride in accuracy, notices small issues, and speaks up when something doesn't seem right.Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.Pay:$17.00 per hour Application Question(s):Are you open to occasional Saturday coverage in the future if needed?
