Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) / 1st Shift

Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support our busy Service Department. In this customer-focused role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, perform follow-ups, and accurately update customer and vehicle information in our CRM. You’ll partner closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure an exceptional, premium experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
