We are one of the leading residential waste and recycling companies in Wake County.Privately owned since 1971, we have grown over 600% in the past 5 years alone, primarily through an unwavering commitment to customer service.Currently, the Company has a 4.9 star rating on Google and is growing at nearly its fastest pace in history.To continue our growth trajectory while maintaining the level of service to which our clients are accustomed, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our lean customer service/back-office support team.This is a unique opportunity that does not come up often.This individual will primarily work with 2 other individuals in the back office, as well as the owner of the Company.That person will have the opportunity to truly make a big difference in an already fast-growing, stable organization Principal Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound inquiries from customers, including, but not limited to:Setting up new accounts and services Providing service contract information Resolving customer issues/questions Collecting customer payment information (including both inbound and outbound) Assisting in the development of daily routes for drivers Communicating with team members regarding route changes, missed pickups, etc Skill / Ability Requirements: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills with both customers and employees - Ability to work in an effective and consistent manner while maintaining high quality - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Willingness to comply with established directives, policies, and best practices - Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work in a team environment.
