Employer Industry: Agriculture and Distribution Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $28.42 per hour Eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive, people-first work environment Training provided for JD Edwards or similar ERP systems What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner Submit and code bills and invoices to the Accounts Payable department for payment Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed) High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English #Agriculture #CustomerService #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #EmployeeBenefits "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
