Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.Duties- Utilize excellent customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries and purchases- Coordinate with customers and installers to ensure smooth instillation. Answer phone calls professionally and direct calls to appropriate personnel- Provide bilingual support if needed to assist diverse customers Qualifications- Computer skills including 10 key typing, excel, word, and printer -Ability to problem solve quickly and appropriately- Ability to effectively communicate clearly with customers and colleagues- Strong phone etiquette skills for professional interactions- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs - Scheduling is a plus Job Types:Part-time, Full-time Pay:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Experience:Scheduling/Dispatching:1 year (Preferred) Language:Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Floresville, TX 78114:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
