Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, a leader in the benefits and participant services sector, FTS, Inc.is seeking a qualified and motivated Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity in Rockville, MD.Our client is known for delivering high-quality participant service in a professional, supportive environment.What You Will Do:Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism Explain benefits, eligibility, claim payments, denials, and self-payment amounts Research and resolve eligibility or claim issues, escalating when necessary Maintain accurate documentation of all participant interactions in the customer service system Perform clerical duties including enrollment forms and other participant documentation Provide guidance on the FMCP website and support special projects as needed What You Need:1year of inbound call center experience in a high-volume environment Ability to type 40 WPM minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to complete a typing test and 30-minute Customer Service assessment (80% passing score required) Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Able to start on March 16th, 2026 Preferred:Bilingual in Spanish Healthcare or medical call center experience Why You Should Apply:Pay rate:up to $28/hour Full-time, onsite schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch Potential for permanent conversion after the contract-to-hire period About Us:FTS, Inc.partners with premier employers to connect top talent with great opportunities.We pride ourselves on confidentiality and a smooth, professional hiring process.Job Type:Full-time Pay:Up to $28.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Experience:Inbound Call Center:1 year (Required) Language:Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Rockville, MD 20850 (Required) Work Location:In person.
