OverviewThis role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, and providing an exceptional customer experience.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.Handle inquiries regarding glass products, services, quotes, and installations.Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians or installers.Process orders, track deliveries, and manage customer accounts.Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., invoicing, data entry).Qualifications Education & Experience Previous customer service experience, preferably in construction, glass, or home improvement industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer management software.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
