Customer Service Representative Ameda, Inc. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Full-time About Us: Ameda, Inc. is a leading supplier of breast pumps and related products to the global marketplace. Job Summary: This position is responsible for the accurate entry of customer purchase orders and for addressing customer and field sales calls regarding Ameda products and services. Also responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of all customer databases and information. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Process customer purchase orders as soon as possible to minimize shipment delays Direct customer calls to the appropriate persons for support—whether clinical, technical, or sales support Assure that any customer dissatisfaction reports are elevated per SOP for proper reporting and to assure that customer needs are met Manage the customer database to maintain an up-to-date and accurate database Prepare any returned good authorizations or credits and assure that all pertinent departments are notified Must keep current on all new and modified products Other duties as assigned Requirements: BS or BA Degree 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy as well as excellent follow-through to task completion Strong PC skills including advanced knowledge of Excel are a must Experience with Netsuite is a plus Supervisory or Managerial Experience preferred Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday In-person Non-Exempt Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Would you like me to make any edits or save this as a downloadable document?
