The hospital is also AAHA accredited and Fear Free certified, focusing on reducing stress and anxiety for pets during visits through gentle handling, calming techniques, and pet-friendly facility design. What you'll be doing: Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone. Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow. Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education. Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files. Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination. Processing payments and checking clients in and out. Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience. You are...
