Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team.In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring a smooth experience from order entry through shipment.This position requires the ability to quickly learn technical product information and applications while working with purchasing teams from established organizations.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to providing timely and accurate support while managing multiple priorities.Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Provide professional and responsive customer service through phone, email, and written communication Review customer specifications, including blueprints, materials, and drawings, to prepare manufacturing work orders Process customer orders and generate accurate quotes Respond promptly to customer emails, calls, and inquiries Assist customers with product design questions and technical inquiries Maintain document control and customer scheduling reports within an ERP system Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand product needs and requirements Collaborate with internal departments including Art, Production, Sales, and Accounting to ensure product quality and on-time delivery Manage a high volume of email communication in a fast-paced environment Participate in customer meetings via video conferencing, phone, and in-person when required Present information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams Identify creative solutions to customer challenges and support positive outcomes Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment Maintain reliable attendance and consistent on-site presence Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 5 years of customer service experience Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred Familiarity with blueprints, materials, and technical specifications preferred Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management or ERP systems Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-email environment Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to read and follow work instructions in English Bilingual Spanish is a plus Experience in an ISO 13485 environment preferred but not required Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: of customer service:5 years (Required) familiarity with blueprints and material specifications:2 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
