Customer Service Representative

Duties:Answer incoming calls from clients regarding applications and account status Address inquiries in a timely fashion Input data from applications and reports into internal database Review and monitor a variety of reports Perform account reconciliations daily Create reports and provide to management Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent 2years' experience in high-volume customer service environments Excellent data entry skills Highly detail oriented, accurate, and organized Valid DL & reliable transportation Dependable, reliable, and punctual Ability to work overtime if needed Temporary assignment (minimum 90 days), with possibility for extension, or potential temp-to-hire in the future.Schedule:Mon-Fri 8a-5p (fully onsite in Hermitage, PA) Job Types:Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:call center:1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:Hermitage, PA (Required) Work Location:In person.
