Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Sewickley, PA area to start ASAP! Customer Service Representative - will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, handling billing questions, scheduling service appointments, and resolving account concerns.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high service standards while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.Pay & Schedule:Pay rate:$18.50 Hourly 1st Shift:Monday - Friday:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (On-site) Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:Answer primarily inbound customer service calls Make outbound calls regarding missed or past-due payments Process customer invoice payments Route calls to appropriate departments Accurately document all calls in the company's internal CRM system Provide professional and courteous customer service Occasionally assist customers picking up orders (minimal -- transitioning to delivery-only model) Prior phone-based or customer service experience required Retail experience is a plus (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, data entry) Comfortable navigating internal systems and documenting calls Reliable transportation to and from Sewickley, PA Apply today & call our office for an interview! www.lingostaffing.com Office #:412-235-7680 #INDPIT.
