Job Description
Loudoun Mutual Insurance Company is seeking two (2) motivated and customer-oriented individuals to fill two (2) Integrated Services Representative customer service positions in Waterford, VA.The Integrated Services Representative will be responsible for ensuring high touch telephone and administrative support to Loudoun Mutual's agents, policyholders and internal stakeholders, building and maintaining internal staff relationships, and serving as a cross-trained resource for interdepartmental Underwriting, Billing, and Claims assistance during high-volume seasons.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:1) Delivers hands-on, personalized telephone support to policyholders, agents, adjusters, and vendors for all calls including, but not limited to:first notices of loss, mortgagee verifications, premium payments, and policy inquiries.2) Greets and assists visiting policyholders, vendors, and business partners in a warm and engaging manner.3) Processes incoming service requests via fax, phone, and email in a timely manner, including policy endorsements, cancellations, first notices of loss, and premium payments.4) Maintains prompt and effective communication with policyholders, agents, and external stakeholders via phone, written correspondence, and e-mail.5) Performs daily workflow tasks including adverse actions, cancellations, Broker of Record changes, agent credentialing/terminations, and mortgagee updates.6) Under the direction of the Integrated Services Supervisor, assists other departments on an as-needed basis during high-demand situations.7) Processes daily incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining high standards of efficiency, confidentiality, and accuracy.8) Ensures proper documentation and maintenance of all internal and external correspondence, confidential information, and PPI in accordance with Company guidelines.9) Participates in regular, job-relevant training opportunities to maintain necessary skills.10) Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including company agency partners.11) Communicates promptly, professionally, and effectively across all methods.12) Participates in company staff meetings, trainings, and events as required.13) Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Qualified candidates will have the following:Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency required.Thorough knowledge of general office procedures.Excellent written and verbal English language communication and problem resolution abilities are required.Skilled in the use of computer systems and Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
