Customer Service Representative

Maki Insurance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Job requirements include:excellent communication skills, computer skills, and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to customers - Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Assist customers with making payments - Effectively manage paperwork and record customer transactions - Ensure customer confidentiality - General office tasks (making phone calls, filing paperwork, assisting with mail, etc.) Pay:$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Experience:Office:3 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
