Company OverviewMarble Systems is a recognized leader in the natural stone and tile industry, offering one of the most extensive and diverse product selections available today.With a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and innovation, we provide premium materials and design solutions that help transform residential and commercial spaces into remarkable environments.Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring their experience with Marble Systems is positive and memorable.Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional attitude Provide detailed product information, assist with order placement, and address any concerns or issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on orders or gather customer feedback Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Assist with basic administrative tasks such as processing payments and handling cash transactions when necessary Qualifications Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for data entry and documentation Previous experience in sales, client services, or outbound calling enhances your candidacy Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and active listening skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Join us at Marble Systems where your passion for helping others meets a vibrant team committed to excellence!
