Company Overview Master Cleaners is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated dry cleaning business located in Suffolk, VA.We provide high-quality cleaning services and maintain a strong commitment to both our customers and our community.Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are handled with professionalism and attention.Your role will be essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner.Perform cash-handling duties accurately and efficiently.Address customer questions both over the phone and in person.Provide details about available services and pricing.Assist in resolving customer concerns and issues when they arise.Keep your workspace clean and organized.Requirements No prior experience required -- training is provided!
