Pay & Growth Opportunities: Starting Pay: $15/hour Raise Opportunity: Performance-based raises after 6 months Experienced Pay: Higher starting pay available for candidates with 1+ years of liquor store experience or retail experience Position Overview: As a Cashier/Customer Service team member , you’ll be the friendly face of our store. From greeting customers and making product recommendations to ensuring smooth checkouts, you’ll help create a positive shopping experience. You’ll also pitch in with restocking and keeping the store organized. What You’ll Do Welcome Customers: Greet and interact with shoppers in a friendly, professional manner. Support the Team: Work together to keep daily operations running smoothly. Build Connections: Assist customers with purchases and product questions. Run the Register: Operate the POS system accurately and confidently. Keep It Tidy: Restock shelves and maintain a clean, inviting store. What We’re Looking For: Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and consistent. Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others to get the job done. People Skills: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours a day. Comfortable lifting light items (10–15 lbs) regularly.
